About
Jana Stanišić is a young Slovenian-Serbian pianist who has performed extensively across Europe, with concerts in Serbia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Poland, and Croatia.
Her engagements include recitals, chamber music, and orchestral appearances. In 2024, she made her orchestral debut with Camerata Novi Sad, performing Liszt's Malediction for piano and string orchestra—the first performance of this work in Serbia.
Stanišić is currently in her third year of undergraduate studies at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, under Professor Milan Miladinović. She completed her secondary education at the Art Gymnasium Koper in Slovenia, studying with Professor Valentina Češnjevar. She has further refined her artistry through masterclasses with renowned pedagogues including Natalia Trull, Kemal Gekić, Sijavush Gadjijev, E. Tarasova, Markus Schirmer, and Cyprien Katsaris.
